We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees.

Pricing can be based on several factors, including square footage, property condition, service type, frequency, required man hours, crew size, and any specialty add-ons. A custom quote is provided after a brief intake form or walkthrough.

We accept Zelle, PayPal, and major debit/credit cards. ACH payment depending on contract terms.

Yes, we may take limited photos for quality assurance, training, and marketing purposes. However, we always respect our clients privacy and brand.

We focus on capturing the results of our cleaning in open, non-sensitive areas such as break rooms, restrooms, floors, and general common areas. We avoid photographing desks, paperwork, whiteboards, computer screens, or anything that includes your business name or confidential information. Most images are taken at close angles to highlight the quality of our work—never to expose your operations or workspace details.

Absolutely. During onboarding, we provide a photography statement that explains how and why we capture images. Clients have the option to opt out at that time, and this preference is documented in their service profile. You may also update your preference at any time—just let us know, and we’ll make the necessary changes

Yes, but only for marketing or training purposes if you agreed to our photography statement during onboarding. In such cases, we ensure all images are carefully selected, anonymized, and used in a way that protects your privacy and brand. If you opt out during onboarding, no photos will be used beyond internal documentation.
